Big Data and Law

My latest publication is Big Data and Law, which has recently become available in a Chinese edition as well as the German and English versions. The book is a comprehensive “go to” manual for all legal questions about data protection and GDPR.

Big Data and Law is to be viewed as an essential guide for managing complex legal challenges in Big Data projects. While the book was originally intended for lawyers, its accessible language, graphs and other visuals have turned it into a general reference guide for all professionals, including data experts, managers, analysts, consultants and auditors.

The world of data protection can be intricate and multi-faceted and, in the post COVID world, data privacy protection will surely remain a hot topic for a long time to come. I am certain that Big Data and Law will serve as an invaluable aid to both legal experts and others who need to navigate the legal world of Big Data with confidence.

I always look forward to constructive feedback from my readers!
